How do you get motorcycle vendors to your event?

Vendors will want to know how much you plan to charge them to setup? Being a vendor myself and a business owner, I would advise you to let them setup and vend for free (especially if its' your first event to invite vendors). Establish a relationship with local vendors this way and then maybe later you can send out flyers with a small vendor fee.

1. Start by searching for vendors in your local area (vendors will not have to travel too far)

2. Call them up and let them know you wish to invite them out to your weekly Bike Night at your place. Do this in advance.

3. Make sure you're within the law for setting up vendors (if you're going to be on a public street - it may require a city/county permit).

4. If vendors are not listed on CycleVendors for your area, then reach for the old phone book and look up anyone who caters to anything concerning a motorcycle. Try calling your local motorcycle dealer, whom might just have a list of vendors. Call them up and invite them out.

5. Once you start collecting vendors, make sure you keep a list of company names, phone numbers and emails.

6. Know let all your vendors know about CycleVendors.com. We provide a free and premium listing for all motorcycle vendor businesses and motorcycle event organizers.

7. CycleVendors is also a great place to list all your motorcycle events and promotions. Let us know how your vendor search goes. Leave a comment.
